1. Taluk Programme Manager

Education Qualification :

Post-Graduation in Social Science / Science discipline in Rural

Development / Development Management / Social Work /

Development Studies / Sociology / Animal Husbandry / Agricultural

Sciences / Cooperative Management

Professional Experience :

1. Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in the field of Rural development and capacity development in a reputed Civil Society Organization of taluka stature in which at least 02 years should be at the middle management level.

2. Grassroots functional experience of working with SHGs and CBOs is must

3. Experience in implementing project in the community is essential Experience in project monitoring is required

Salary : Rs. 25,000 per month (consolidated)

2. Cluster Supervisor – Social Mobilization & Capacity Development

Education Qualification :

Any degree (full time)

Professional Experience :

1. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the field of Rural development and social mobilization in a reputed Civil Society Organization

2. Grassroots functional experience of working with SHGs and CBOs is must

3. Experience of formulation and management of SHGs, Youth Groups and their capacity development is required

4. Experience of working with Government Organization at district level positions is advantageous

Salary : Rs. 15,000 per month (consolidated)

3. Cluster Supervisor – Financial Inclusion & Bank Partnership

Education Qualification :

Any degree (full time)

Professional Experience :

1. Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in the field of banking and financial institutions.

2. Experience of working with institutions like NABARD, SIDBI preferred

3. Experience in the field of micro finance and credit linkage to the institutions of poor is required

Salary : Rs. 15,000 per month (consolidated)

4. Cluster Supervisor – Livelihood

Education Qualification :

Any degree (full time)

Professional Experience :

1. Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in the field of Rural development and livelihood promotion in a reputed Civil Society Organization

2. Experience of promoting Income Generation Activity to Women groups and youths

3. Experience in working with Government Organization at district level positions is advantageous

Salary : Rs. 15,000 per month (consolidated)

5. Cluster Supervisor - Social Development & Communication

Education Qualification :

Any degree (full time)

Professional Experience :

1. Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in the field of community development in a reputed Civil Society Organization of district Level stature in which at least 02 years should be at the middle management / coordination level.

2. Experience of working with Government Organization at district level positions is advantageous

3. Experience in social security sectors is advantageous

1. Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in the field employment and skill training in any Organization
